From first contacting Assured Cars Scotland, Paul who I spoke with was professional in every way. Even going out and making a short video of the car I was interested in purchasing. He kept me informed on every step of the purchase. Texting me details of where they were in stages of MOT and servicing of the car etc. Also sorting out the transportation and delivery as I was unable to journey to their showroom

Was looking for a nice wee 2nd hand car, fed up paying extortionate prices for new cars in this present financial crisis. Was very wary about buying 2nd hand and being ripped off !! All I can say is from point of contact with Paul at his Fauldhouse branch he was amazing, even went in on a Sunday when he was closed to let me view and test drive my wee fiesta that took my eye. He was so sincere and honest and guided me through the pitfalls, not speaking when we were driving so I could listen for any noises, checking all electrics and buttons etc … NO HARD SALE TACTICS whatsoever, genuine honest guy. Car came with full MOT with no advisories (seeing past MOTS a was a wee bit worrying) but passed with flying colours and as I say NO advisories, paperwork was simple, all paperwork completed and car ready clean and valeted as promised. Had a wee query and phoned Paul on his mobile out of hours, he answered immediately and assisted me. All in all a 110% experience and no big finance payments now. Thank you Paul from a single mum who was made to feel comfortable with my purchase. Would recommend Assured Cars and will certainly do business again.

I recently bought my first second-hand car (quite late in life) from Matthew at Assured Cars. Matthew was a star in guiding me through the paperwork and whole process, and even delivered the car to me in Midlothian. There have been a couple of small teething problems with the car, and Matthew has been really supportive in helping me get them sorted. I would definitely come back to Assured cars in the future for my next car!

Quality wee garage

I would highly recommend this garage.

I was new to the area and wasn’t confident driving up to get the car so they arranged delivery to my house and all paperwork sent at the same time. Fantastic car and very happy with the service from them. Maciej who I dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful.
I would certainly use them again when we need our next car 😊

Helpful and honest.

So far so good, we bought a low mileage 17 year old VW for our teenage son. The car has been serviced and had a 12 month MOT, the RAC warranty and breakdown cover came with the car and adds reassurance when buying a second hand car. It had 100 miles to get back to our home , it flew down the motorway with no issues.The owners were friendly, helpful and honest.

Will definitely buy a car from them again

Bought a car online from them and had it delivered and it was a first class service from start to finish. From when I first purchased I was updated every step of the way. Did me a personalised video of my new car before delivery and also updated regularly in regards to the delivery which was only 2 days from buying the vehicle. Will definitely buy a car from them again.

Really happy with the service

Purchased my daughters first car from Assured and really happy with the service received. There was no hard sell and they gave us our own time and space to look at cars and go for a test drive. Having 12 months RAC breakdown included with the car is a great peace of mind as well.

A local business who cares about it's service

As someone who knows nothing about cars buying a new one is a stressful experience. I found Assured Cars online and honestly didn't expect them to be any different than the other car dealers I'd encountered in my search for a car. I couldn't have been more wrong. They made something stressful really easy. They were patient and helpful and made sure I got what I needed within my budget. I would recommend anyone to go check them out - support a local business who cares about it's service and the customers who use it.

Highly recommend their service

Purchased a car for my daughters birthday. This was going to be her first car so wanted a good one. I can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed.
